"This drink is called a Washington Apple Martini. It's basically the same as the Washington Apple Shot, only it's going to be of greater volume, and it's served in a martini glass, meant for sipping, so let's start with our shaker glass, and we'll fill it with ice, and now as always when making a martini, or any kind of martini drink, you want to chill your martini glass, so we'll sit this aside. It's just a simple martini glass filled with ice and water to chill. Now, we're going to build our drink. The recipe calls for Crown Royal, but any blended Canadian Whiskey will work. We do one ounce of each product. You want one ounce of our Canadian Whiskey, and you'll notice I'm free pouring. Whenever I free pour, for every quarter of an ounce, I use a one count, so we're using a one ounce pour, it's going to be a four count. One, two, three, four, and now we're going to add a little more cranberry juice in this, because it is the martini version, so we want about an ounce or two of cranberry juice, like so. We're going to shake this up really well. Get it nice and cold, and then we'll put this into our chilled martini glass, and I have no strainer. There we go. Aha, a chilled martini glass. Washington Apple Martini, look at that. Yum. Down the hatch."
