"Alright, the drink we're about to make is called a Scotch Old Fashioned. We're going to take our glass and we're going to drop a sugar cube in there. Drop it right in the middle. And we're going to put three dashes of bitters on there. I'm going to try to get the bitters on the cube itself. And we're going to add just a teaspoon of water. There we go. Now we're going to take our muddler and just crush the sugar cube and try to just get it ground to a pretty even consistency there. O.k., now we're going to go and fill it up with ice and measure out with our scotch. There we go, three ounces of scotch. There's one and two and three. O.k., and we'll go ahead and give that a little bit of a stir. And we're going to garnish that with an orange and a cherry. Give it a straw and bottoms up."
