"Alright, the drink we're about to make is called Scotch Cobbler. Let's go ahead and put some ice in a glass here. And we'll measure out two ounces of scotch, one and two. And follow that up with four dashes of brandy. Got my brandy right here, and also four dashes of curacao an orange liqueur. And we'll go ahead and stir that up, grab our spoon here. There we go. Just get it mixed together, that'll help chill it as well. We're going to garnish that with a slice of orange and also if you have some, you can garnish with a mint sprig as well. So, that's a Scotch Cobbler, bottoms up."
