How to Make the Scotch Bird Flyer Mixed Drink

"Alright the drink we're about to make is called Scotch Bird Flyer. Going to put some ice in a glass here and measure out one an a half ounces of scotch. And we'll follow that up with a half an ounce of triple sec. And next we'll next we'll add one ounce of light cream and half a teaspoon of powdered sugar, and finally one egg yolk. Alright, come on out egg yolk. There we go. Now I'll shake this really well. We want to make sure that to get the egg yolk dispersed through out the rest of the drink. You don't want any pieces of that floating around in there. There we go, that should be good. Let's set up a champagne flute. Get your strainer and go ahead and pour it in. Alright, perfect, all the way to the top. And that is a Scotch Bird Flyer, bottoms up."
