"O.k., the drink we're about to make is called Scotch and Water. Actually it's pretty simple. The name pretty says it all here. We'll go ahead and fill up your glass with ice and measure out two ounces of scotch. Alright, there's one and two. And we're just going to fill it up the rest of the way with, take a guess, yes, water. Now anyone who is an avid scotch drinker will tell you that water's the only thing you want to add to scotch. it's the only thing that really brings out the distinct flavors of different scotches. And a little scotch knowledge is that every scotch is a whiskey but every whiskey isn't a scotch. And it's going to be aged for at least three years. A lot of them are aged for five to fifteen ever longer. And there's also three different kinds of scotch. You have your malt whiskey, you have your grain whiskey, and finally you have your blended scotch whiskey. So, If you didn't know anything about scotch before, now you know a little bit. You at least know how to make a scotch and water. Bottoms up."
