How to Make the Jersey Lightning Mixed Drink

"We're going to make you a Jersey Lightning. We're going to start off a little bit of ice in the glass. We also have a little sweet vermouth, which is an aperitif. It can be drank by itself, before, after supper. It's a good digestif. Jigger I'm using is an ounce on one side, half ounce on the other. We're going to go ahead and use ounce of vermouth, a little bit more. We're going to use an ounce and a half of apple brandy, that is provided the pourer will let me. Ounce and a half of brandy. The juice of one lime. This is a plastic lime, but still has lime juice. Since we have juice in here, we're going to go ahead and shake. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed. Going to use a martini glass on this one. Make you look like you know what you're doing. And here we have Jersey Lightning. Cheers."
