"I want to make the Jay Plack Cocktail for you. Start out with ice, as usual it is most drinks do. We're going to start out with an ounce and a half of gin. Jigger I have is an ounce and a half. We have an ounce and we have a half. Sweet vermouth, which is an aperitif, can be drink by itself, sip on before or after supper. We're going to use three quarters an ounce of sweet vermouth, not quite an ounce in a shot glass. We're going to use a quarter teaspoon of anise, which is a licorice flavor liqueur, to taste if you'd like. And what we're going to do here is we're going to stir gently, let's treat this like a Martini, we don't want to bruise the liquor. And we have here, it'd be nice little cocktail to start the evening. Garnish it with a cherry and we have the Jay Plack Cocktail. Cheers!"
