How to Make the Jamaican Coffee Mixed Drink

"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a "Jamaican Coffee". Now this is labeled number one so there is a lot of different ways to prepare a "Jamaican Coffee" and this is the method I'm going to demonstrate right now. We are going to put in equal part of light rum and brandy. If you want to pick it up a notch I recommend some cognac but really they're going to provide the same kind of flavor when mixed with the coffee. So I recommend three quarters of an ounce of each or a three count total so we can pour at the same time here so one, two, and three. We are going to fill the rest of our mug up with our coffee all the way to the top and I personally like to add a nice thick layer of whipped cream to the top of my coffee cocktails and a maraschino cherry on the top for presentation purposes. I think that the guests really appreciate it but our recipe doesn't call for it so we are going to hold off on that. So there is your "Jamaican Coffee". I hope that you enjoy. I'm sure you will."
