Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a Jamaica Me Hot coffee. Now you're going to want to get your coffee ready and your mug out, and we're going to add equal parts of dark rum and kahlua. So, I go for three quarters of an ounce of each, or a three count. So one, two, and three is going to get us a desired pour. From there, we're going to add in one part of milk, right about to there, and then we're going to top the rest of our mug off with our coffee. Now personally, I like to add a nice layer of whipped cream and top it with a maraschino cherry, for presentation purposes. I really think the guests appreciate that and it's kind of expected, but our recipe here doesn't call for it, so we're going to hold off from doing that, but between the kahlua, our coffee liqueur, and our dark rum, you're going to have a really nice, full, sweet flavored coffee.
