"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a Jamaican Coffee number two. There's a lot of different ways to prepare a Jamaican coffee, so here's one method I'm going to show you right now. You want to make sure you get your coffee nice and hot and ready, and get your coffee mug out. Now, we're going to go with one and a half parts of our light rum to half a part of our coffee liqueur, we're going to use Kahlua. So, I recommend three quarters of an ounce to an ounce. So we're going to go with a three count on our light rum, one, two, and three. And then just the one count, or a quarter ounce on our coffee liqueur. So, just one. We're going to fill the rest of our mug up with our coffee. And that pretty much does it. Now, I like to add on a layer of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry to the top of all my coffee drinks. I really think it adds to the presentation, and that the guests appreciate it, but, our recipe doesn't call for it. So, I'm going to hold off on that. So there is a close up of our Jamaican Coffee, number two. Not that it looks much different from an average coffee, except for that nice, little alcoholic pack we got in there. Enjoy."
