"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to prepare a "Fighting Irish Gold Shot". Now this is a layered shot so you are going to want to get your shot glass and a bar spoon to help you with your layering. If you don't have a bar spoon I highly recommend your cherry but you really want to keep one of these guys at your bar at all times it is a really really useful. So you are going to start with your Irish Cream, pouring half the way up into your shot glass just like so, after which you are going to take your Goldschlager, a really great product, marketed, even better so you are going to take your bar spoon and you're just going to pierce the very top of that first layer of Irish Cream and you are going to pour your Goldschlager directly on top of your bar spoon and as you can see you are going to get a separated layer there with your clear Goldschlager on top of your Bailey's Irish Cream. Now we are kind of towards the end of our Goldschlager so you are not going to say see all the flakes but if you can get some of the gold flakes in that is cool but it really doesn't matter. The idea is the taste, not necessarily the appearance on a shot like this. So there is your "Fighting Irish Gold Shot". Enjoy."
