"All right, the drink we're about to make is called a Rum Swizzle. Go ahead and put some ice in a glass and measure out two ounces of light rum. You can use a dark rum here as well if you'd like. And follow that up with the juice of one lime. And also one teaspoon of powdered sugar. And two dashes of bitters. And let's go ahead and shake that up. Make sure you get your powdered sugar dissolved really well in there. And we've got a Collins glass filled with ice, go ahead and pour that in. And we're just going to top it off with some carbonated water. Should get a nice swizzle. All right, quick mix, and we'll give it a straw and that will be a big bottoms up."
