"Alright, drink we're about to make is called Rum Old-Fashioned. Let's go ahead and put some ice in a glass and measure out one and a half ounces of light rum and we'll follow that up with half a teaspoon of powdered sugar. And next we'll add one dash of bitters and one teaspoon of water. And let's go ahead and shake that up. Make sure we get the sugar dissolve in with everything else. That's should be good enough. We've got our glass with ice in it and we'll strain it in. Okay. And the last thing we're going to do is put about one teaspoon of 151 on top, just float that on top. Then we're going to do the twist, twist of a lime peel. Alright. Just drop that in and add a straw. And bottoms up!"
