"This next drink is called a Vulcan Mind Probe. Get in to your mind with this one. It's a simple cocktail made with Ouzo and one fifty one proof rum. Now Ouzo is a Greek liqueur, anise flavor which is a licorice flavor liqueur. It's generally served as an aperitif, but you find it is mixed in a lot of cocktails and mixed drinks as well. And the one fifty one proof rum is simply a hundred and fifty one proof rum. It makes it very very potent, so you want to be careful when using this. One fifty one rum is also flammable. If you come across a drink that cause for it to be lit set on fire, you'll generally find that it's one fifty one rum that is floated on top and is ignited. Any high proof liqueur of any type will burn pretty easily. This is going to be made in to a shot glass, pretty simple. It's going to be equal parts of the Ouzo and the one fifty one, poured straight in to the shot glass. There's nothing to it. We'll start with our Ouzo and get it about half full, and we'll finish up with the one fifty one. Look at that. Take a good look at that shot. That looks pretty scary. Leonard Nemoy can have some of that. I'll pass, thank you."
