"I'm going to show you how to make a cocktail called Thunder and Lightning. We're going to start with equal parts of peppermint schnapps and 151 proof rum. So first I'm going to put ice on my glass, that's going to help us get things nice and chilled. So one ounce of peppermint schnapps and one ounce of 151 proof rum. Strong stuff, but the peppermint in the schnapps is going to cut the strong flavor of the 151 proof rum. However, it will not cut the alcohol content, so be careful with this one. This one is deceptively strong. Alright. Got that mixed up. Now you can serve this as a shot or as a drink and I'm going to do it as a chilled shot. So we're going to put our strainer right on top, hold on nice and tight with your pointer finger, like so and strain that into your shot glass. And there you have it a Thunder And Lightning. Cheers!"
