"Today, I'm going to show you how to mix a Havana Club cocktail. We're going to build this drink in our sixteen ounce cocktail glass, but it only has two ingredients, so you're definitely going to water it down a little bit as you shake it. Now, we're going to be using a light rum. We're using Bacardi, it's the world's most popular light rum, and we're going to be using a splash of dry vermouth. Now that's going to fly in the flavor a little bit, and like I said, when you shake it vigorously, and you water down the ice a little bit, it's really going to soften it, and make it a really enjoyable drink. So you're going to go for about two ounces to two and a half ounces of light rum, so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Remember that for every second you're pouring a quarter ounce of alcohol. So a splash of your dry vermouth, literally, just a quarter ounce, at most. You want to get your cocktail glass ready, and then you're going to mix and shake all your ingredients. And once again, like I said, you really want to shake this up. That way you're going to water down the alcohol, and it's going to soften it. From there, you're going to simply strain directly into your martini glass. Don't forget your stir stick. That's your Havana Club. Enjoy."
