"Today I'm going to show you how to mix a Havana beach. We are going to mix our Havana beach with a build technique by starting off by pouring our ice into our sixteen once mixing glass. Now dark rum is going to be our primary ingredient in here so we are going to use an ounce and a half to two ounces or six to eight counts. One, two, three, four, five, and six. Then we are going to add in a splash of lime juice which is going to open up the flavor of the rum just a little bit. And from there we are going to top it off with our pineapple juice. Not too much just maybe half an ounce, three quarters ounce. We are going to get our cocktail glass ready and then we are going to mix and shake all of the ingredients together. Remember that the more you shake it the more alive the drink becomes. The 'more the flavors open up and it waters it down a little bit which is really important when you are using darker alcohols. So we are going to strain that directly into our cocktail glass. And then don't forget to garnish with a cocktail straw. And that's how you make a Havana beach. Enjoy."
