"This is a very basic cocktail it's called a Grapefruit High Ball. It involves just white rum and grapefruit juice. Now have you ever heard of a drink called a Greyhound? That's vodka and grapefruit juice and you might have heard of Salty Dog, which is a Greyhound, vodka and grapefruit juice but with a salt rim. Why am I telling you that? I don't know. This is a rum and grapefruit juice drink, now you know the difference. So lets get started. I'm going to take a Highball glass and we're just going to build it straight into the glass. Lets fill this with ice like so. Now for my white rum I'm going to use Bacardi, Bacardi is a Puerto Rican rum. I'm going to use a one and a half ounce pour here. Now when I free pour I like to use one count per quarter of an ounce. So for a one and a half ounce pour I'm going to use a six count. One, two, three, four, five, six. There we go. And finally we're going to fill it with grapefruit juice. Nothing to it right? Kind of like a morning cocktail. And there we go. Nice tasty grapefruit juice. Look at that. Now take a straw, get in there, give it a little mix. Whala, Grapefruit High Ball, Enjoy!"
