"This drink is called Grand Occasion. Kind of interesting mix of drinks in it, it involves light rum, Grand Marnier and white creme de cocoa. Let's get started. Calls for a cocktail glass or in this case we're using a martini glass which we have filled with ice chilling off to the side. Take our shaker glass and fill it with ice. Now we're going to need 2 ounces of our white rum. And we'll use a jigger to help us pour this. Jigger's a little tool you can find in any restaurant supply store. If you have pour spouts you can learn to free pour, if you don't have a pour spout a jigger definitely comes in handy. And we're going to use a 1/2 ounce of our other ingredients. Grand Marnier which is an orange liquor, it's made with cognac, we use a 1/2 ounce portion of this 1, 2. And then white creme de cocoa. Now there's dark creme de cocoa and there's white creme de cocoa. There is no difference other than the color. Now if you have dark creme de cocoa feel free to use it but it will change the color of your drink, 1 2. Add a little bit of lime juice like so and let's get a good shake going here. If you're a rum drinker you're probably going to love this cocktail. It's got some kick to it. And strain that in there. Look at that, it's got a nice classic look to it. Good for any grand occasion, enjoy."
