"All right, drink we're about to make is called Income Tax, that's always fun, right. Go ahead and fill up your mixing glass with ice and measure out one ounce of gin. Followed by a teaspoon of dry vermouth. And a teaspoon of sweet vermouth. Follow that up with a half an ounce of orange juice and two dashes of bitters. Now let's give it a good shake. Just enough to get everything mixed together, and we'll take a glass filled with ice and strain it in. All right, go and add a straw, and if you're looking for a cocktail that'll settle you down on income tax day, make this one. Bottoms up."
