"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to mix a Hollywood martini. Now we're going to use our basic build and our sixteen ounce cocktail glass, so we're going to fill that up with ice. And then we're going to put basically gin as our base ingredient. We're using a Well gin, I prefer Tangueray but this is just for demonstration purposes of course. So, we're going to use about I'd say a two ounce pour to a two and a half ounce pour, so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, will give us a two and a half ounce pour with a splash of dry vermouth and a splash of triple sec. So you're going to dry it out a little bit and add a little bit of an orange flavor in there. From there you're going to get your cocktail glass ready, and then you're going to mix and shake these ingredients really vigorously to water them down a little bit. Anything where gin is your base for the most part, water is going to call to be part of the recipe as well, and that water comes from the ice when it melts when you're shaking. You're going to strain that directly into your martini glass and don't forget to add in your cocktail straw. And that is a Hollywood martini. Enjoy."
