How to Make the Holland House Mixed Drink

"Today I am going to demonstrate how to mix a Holland House cocktail. We are going to use our basic build technique. So, we are going to fill our cocktail glass up with ice. From there, we are going to mix in two parts of gin to one part of dry vermouth. So, we are looking at about, I would say, two ounces to an ounce. So; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight will give us our desired two ounce pour on our gin. To; one, two, three, four which is going to give us our desired ounce on our dry vermouth. From there, we are going to add in a splash of maraschino liqueur. No more than a quarter ounce on that. A splash of lime juice. Then, we are going to get our cocktail glass ready. We are going to empty our ingredients into our mixing tin and shake. From there, straining directly into our cocktail glass. Now, this cocktail does call for a pineapple slice a as garnish, but I like to flag it with a pineapple slice and a cherry. So, there you go. A Holland House cocktail, a drink you undoubtedly enjoy."
