"Today I'm going to demonstrate how to mix a Hoffman House cocktail. Now we're going to build this in our sixteen ounce mixing glass, so we're going to start by adding ice, from there. We're going to use parts of gin. We're using a Well gin, but feel free to use any brand that you like. I happen to like Tangueray, really good stuff. To one part of our dry vermouth, so we're going to go - let's go with two ounces to a half ounce or count wise we're looking at an eight count to a two count, so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight. And one and two. Now you don't ever want to overpower a drink with vermouth, you want to use just the right amount. We're going to top that off with just a splash of orange bitters, once again not too much, as it could be very overpowering. You're going to want to get your cocktail glass ready, and then you're going to mix and shake really well all your ingredients. The reason that you're shaking so much for this is because you're using basically just gin, and the water that basically melts into the cocktail through your shaking process is really a part of the recipe. From there you're going to pour everything right into your cocktail glass, don't forget, a mixing straw, stir stick, whatever you like to call it, and that is your Hoffman House cocktail."
