"This drink is called a Grand Hotel. Involves pretty basic ingredients, we've got gin, Grand Marnier, little dry vermouth and some lime juice. Let's get going. Let's take our cocktail Martini glass, filled with ice and water, have that chilling off to the side wait enforce. Take a shaker glass, fill with ice. Now we're going to want equal parts of the gin and the Grand Marnier. We're going to use an ounce and a half of each. Let's take our gin and our jigger, gin with the G, jigger with a J and ounce on one side, half ounce on the other. Now let's take our Grand Marnier, one ounce and a half of this; half ounce there. Grand Marnier is an orange liqueur. It's made from oranges. Actually, it's made from Cognac as well. And now we just want a splash of our dry vermouth, like so and a splash of lime juice. Feel free to use fresh limes if you like; I'm using this handy little guy I picked up at the supermarket. A little splash there. Let's shake this up. Already. It's kind of a hybrid of the Martini and a Margarita sort of, sort of kind of. Here we go. That is a Grand Hotel. Enjoy!"
