"Today, I'm going to demonstrate how to make a Gin Sidecar. Now this is really a simple cocktail that we're going to pour over the rocks. We're going to start of with your rocks glass, fill it up with ice. And now we're going to take a look at our ingredients here. We're going to go two parts of gin, we're just using Well gin for demonstration purposes, but for a drink like this, I recommend a premium gin, because that's going to determine the actual taste of your drink. And one part of triple sec, which, if you don't know, is an orange flavored liqueur, if you don't have that, if you like to color it, you can feel free to use some Blue Curacao, or maybe step it up a notch with some Grand Marnier. So, we're going to go, two ounces to one ounce. So for our two ounces, we're going to do an eight count, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, to our one ounce, which is going to be a four count, so, one, two, three and four. We're going to add some lime juice to this cocktail, to really bring out the flavors. I always recommend maybe a freshly squeezed lime if you have the time behind the bar. Don't forget your straw, stir it up a little bit before your guest, and garnish it with a lime wedge. And that's your Gin Sidecar. Enjoy."
