"Today, I'm going to demonstrate how to make a Gent of the Jury. You're going to start off, as always, by filling your sixteen ounce mixing glass with ice. Now, our main ingredients here, are going to be gin and cherry brandy. So, we're going to go four parts of gin to one part of cherry brandy, or two ounces to a half an ounce. So, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight is going to give us our desired level of gin, and one and two is going to give us our desired level of cherry brandy. We're going to fill it with pineapple juice from there. Splash of lime juice, bring out all those flavors. And a splash of grenadine to add a little bit of color and give it a little bit more of a cherry flavor. Now this is going to get strained into a highball glass, so you want to get your highball ready with ice. And then you're going to mix and shake all your ingredients together. You're going to finish off by using your Hawthorne strainer and straining the drink into the highball glass, with ice, just like that. A cherry works really well as a garnish here, don't forget your straw. And ladies and gents of the jury, that's your drink."
