"This drink is a bit of a layered cocktail, it's called a Eclipse. It involves sloe gin, gin and grenadine. Now, you're going to mix your sloe gin and your gin first, and the grenadine, because it's high in density, will actually sink to the bottom of the glass after you've poured the ingredients in it. Let's see how this works. Here's our cocktail martini glass, chilling, ready to go. Want to take our shaker glass and fill it with ice, and I want two ounces of the sloe gin, which is made from sloe berries. Take our jigger here and pour two ounces. This is one, and that's two. Sloe gin's on the slow side, the slow side, on the sweet side. Yeah, it's on the slow side too. And that's slow, sloe, in case you're looking for it on the liquor shelf. Sloe gin, and then one once of our regular gin. Now, we'll shake these ingredients up and we'll pour them into our martini glass. And the grenadine will be the last thing that we add. This is already kind of a red cocktail, but you should be able to see the grenadine stand out when you pour it in. Lets pour our ingredients into our martini glass, like so. And now we're just going to drizzled the grenadine down the side of the glass, and it will sink to the bottom, like so. And that's all there is to it. And that is an Eclipse. Enjoy."
