"I'm going to show you how to make a cocktail called a "Deep Sea". We're going to start off with some ice, pour this into your glass just like so, and then we are going to add one ounce of dry vermouth. Keep this stuff refrigerated because that will increase its shelf life and it will also taste better. Then we're going to add in one ounce of gin like so. Just a splash of Anisette, this is got a liqueur, um licorice flavor and a few splashes of orange bitters, and you can do this to your taste. If you like more orange bitters add more, if you like less use less. Ok, go ahead and shake this up and then we're going to strain this into a cocktail glass. Now, if you like you can add in some ice to your cocktail glass. Let it sit and chill while you're mixing your cocktail, pour out the ice and the water and then strain your cocktail into your now chilled cocktail glass. Alright, that looks fabulous. There you have it, a "Deep Sea". Cheers."
