    Video Transcript

"Alright. The drink we are about to make is called Bernards Bevie. We're going to serve it up in a martini glass. Put some water and ice in the glass and let it sit while you're making your drink. It'll be nice and chilled by the time you're done. Alright. We're going to measure out one and a half ounces of gin and follow that up with a half of an ounce of sweet vermouth and a half of an ounce of driver mouth. Finally give it a splash of Benedictine. Alright. Go and get your shaker and shake it up. You want to get it as cold as you can. Give it a couple of extra shakes. Dump out your ice water and strain it into the glass. You should have a nice pink color from the sweet vermouth. There you go. That is Bernards Bevie. Bottoms up!"
