How to Make the Admiral Growney Mixed Drink

"Okay the drink we're about to make is called Admiral Growney We're going to serve it up in a martini glass, go ahead and put some water and ice in there and let it sit while you're making your drink. That will get it nice and chilled. Alright put some ice in a glass, we're going to measure out two ounces of gin, there's one and two. We're going to follow that up with a half an ounce of dry vermouth. And next we're going to add lime juice, add about a half a teaspoon of lime juice. Looks like we had just enough. Let's go ahead and get rid of that. And dump out your ice, oh I'm sorry we still need to mix up our drink don't we. Grab your shaker, don't get ahead of yourself. Give it a good shake, now we'll dump out our ice water, and get your strainer, strain it in. Perfect. If you like you can garnish that with a lime or you can just serve it as is. Bottoms up."
