Okay, the next area we want to talk about is actually have a little bit of fun at the boxing at the same time. And we got a little blow up bop bag here that's got a weighted bottom on it that we've got some water in it. And it's about Otis' height so he can actually punch the top and simulate another boxer's chin. Plus he can work around this thing as he's going and it's almost impossible to tip over. But it's going to help him develop some speed, some endurance, and all the same things as a regular heavy bag does. But it gets him into his own little type set up in his own little bag. Otis, you want to give us a little workout on this bag here? There you go. That's good. And step away and get some nice, long jabs in there too. There you go. If it hits you, then your defense is not up enough, right? That's good. Got to work on defense as well as offense. And you know some hooks too, right? You can hook this thing all over the place. Yep, there you go, oops. Okay, then some one, twos, some left, rights. There, that one got you in the chin. Should put your head gear on. Okay, step back. Remember in and out. There you go. Get in, get out, get in, get those punches, get out. In and out, in and out. Okay, one, two, left, right. That's it. One, two, one, two. Alright, had enough? Okay, alright, Otis with a blow up bop bag.
