"In this clip about talking about junior boxers, we're going to work on the hand wraps. Very important to have hand wraps anytime you do anything at a gym, but more important to have hand wraps that fit. I've got an example here of a junior hand wrap, and we're going to compare it briefly to an adult hand wrap. As you can see, the junior hand wrap is a little bit not quite as wide, it's a little bit more flexible, and as you can see from this comparison, it's going to be quite a bit shorter. As we both start there, we'll work our way down. The junior hand wraps are generally about twelve feet long. The adult hand wraps are better than fifteen feet long. So there's quire a bit of difference there. The juniors don't need that. It just gets in the way and is not conducive to a good, tight hand wrap. So now we're going to wrap up Otis' hands here. And what I've done is I've taken the hand wraps, the junior hand wraps, and rolled them backwards so that when they go on, we can unroll them as we go along. Otis, okay, what he's going to do is he's going to hold his hand out and I'm going to ask him to keep his fingers spread nice and wide. Run rolling from this side down, we're going to go around the wrist about four times."
