"The shells are off our shrimp now so we are going to take our shrimp shells and throw them straight away and then we are going to take our gloves and remove them from the wrist so now we have not contaminated any other surface. Our tomillos are just about boiled so we are going to go ahead and cut some more cilantro and you can just pick any piece of this we don't really have to cut it that fine because we are going to be pureeing it. Just give it a quick chop and that's all we need to do. We are going to give a small colander and go right ahead and drain all of that and bring it right back to our pot. Our rice is starting to boil so we are going to move that and top it with a lid and then move our heat down to about 3 or 4. We are going to take our blender and we are going to add some of our peppers and garlic. This is a small one so we are going to have to do it in a couple of steps so we want to make sure the flavors are kind of equal, add half of our cilantro and a tablespoon of oil and then we're going to go ahead and pulse this."
