"Alright after we've cleaned out our seeds, and as you can see that's not very much mess for one pepper. We're going to discard that. We're going to go and chop our pepper. Now these peppers are a little bit firmer as well, then a green pepper would be. We're going to just rough cut them into pieces because we are going to puree them. Again we reserved the cap because it goes in so far it's pretty easy to do. We can take these guys and throw them right in with our tomatillos. Now we're also going to prepare some garlic so we're going to take four cloves. We're going to trim off our edges and so you can do two things with this because we are going to puree them. You can take your knife and push down until they're crushed and throw them in, or you can just cut them roughly into pieces it doesn't really matter. The only thing that really matters about this is how big of a blender you're using. And the bigger you have the bigger you can leave all of your ingredients."
