"The next stretch we're going to talk about for your boxing stretching exercise workout is going to be the groin stretch in the sitting position. Nick. Simply just going to take a seat again, and you're going to sit Indian style. Just like that, except the only thing is your feet are touching, just like that. And you're bring them as close to you but as you can get them. This doesn't do anything for your groin to be stretched out here. What it does is having it up close, this muscle right here is going to be stretching. So you're taking your hands and you're interlacing them underneath your toes, and you're taking your elbows and you're going to be flexing down with your elbows tucked into your calf muscle just like this. And then you going to simply push down. And eventually you'll be able to get your knees almost to where they could almost touch the mat. How can you relate that to boxing Nick, what would that help you in the boxing ring? Boxing, not only are we boxing, however, cardiovascular wise, you're going to be running. Running is very important part of boxing. So not only that with slipping punches and rolling under punches, which is a lot of leg muscles. Here, here, and here. You're also going to be running on either a treadmill or a stationary bike or outside what you need your groin to be stretched out for. That's good, thank you."
