"Hi. My name is Dr. Art Bowler. And I'm a psychologist in Manhattan, New York City, where I have my own private practice. In this clip we're going to talk about how to beat the Monday morning blues. For most of you out there, you probably understand what I mean when I say the Monday morning blues. It's the day after Sunday and most of us have to return to work and the normal routine that that involves. Well, I say, have your anti Monday Sunday. On Sunday if it's sleep late, make, have reservations for breakfast somewhere at your favorite buffet place or restaurant. Do something totally different. Go to a movie, go to a show, make it real blast. Because Mondays can be a drag. But it is important for us to have our anti Monday Sunday as I call it. Because it makes Monday a little bit easier to swallow. Another thing you can do is really take Monday by storm. You know, Monday is just one day of the week. So when you go to Monday attack Monday. On Monday have a plan and a set schedule of something you want to do and you want to get involved in that will make your work day better. This has been Art Bowler and this is how to beat the Monday morning blues."
