How to Choose a Wife

"Talking about relationships today and the choices that we make, particularly today we'll be talking about how to choose a wife. My name is Joe Cuenco with Family Resources. And just how do we make a choice of the best wife for us? Well do the choice really starts with our understanding ourselves, really who we are internally, what we want for ourselves and we want for our family, perhaps longer term. Do you need a partner, do you need a housewife? Do you need a professional, do you need somebody that's going to help you with your business? Do you want somebody that's a Harvard Professor? You know, so you really need to understand some of the things that you're looking for in order for you to make the right choices. Outside the dimensions of who they are, professionally, or who they are and whatever roles they may play, you really need to understand, is this person capable of a long term relationship fundamentals; love, trust, respect, friendship and communication. Because, if those things don't exist, then chances are, you're not going to have the ability or the promise of that long term relation 'cause those are real key fundamentals. Does this person do some special things for you? Does this person really make you feel special as an individual? Does she support you and make you feel special? You have to be align in your goals, retirement goals, family planning goals, all sorts of goals and the roles/responsibilities that you set for one another. I would suggest attending workshops, relationship workshops, marriage education workshops so that you really understand how it is that couple should react to one another, how they should build a relationship and be long term successful. So the choice of a selection of a wife is a very key important, it's going to be the largest decision of our life, it needs to be taken cared of with a lot of consideration.
