"Hi good afternoon my name is Aaron Hale coming to you from Fitness for Life in Wilmington, North Carolina. Question is how to do we get rid of cellulite by working out. Well ladies the beautiful thing is, that we can certainly get rid of that by working out but you, the most important thing is with working out, we have to be consistent with it. Fellows we got a little cellulite back there too on occasion but it has to, you've got to be consistent in working out. You got to be consistent in your diet. The reason why we have cellulite buildup is because typically number one, we have, we live a sedentary lifestyle and two our diets are probably just not as clean as it needs to be. So you've got to approach those things in take those very seriously. As far as the working out aspect of it, there are two very basic moves, or three really basic moves that can help to reduce cellulite that build up. Number one is the squat, the lunge and any sort of lateral movement. There's a lot of different things that we can do that are built up up off of the first two movements which are the squat and the lunge. But those are, is very basic and elementary as they get. And that's really going to work on shaping and strengthening and toning the back of our legs and our glutes, especially the squat and the lunge. I said toning and shaping the back of the legs and our glutes where most women find to be a problem area, where most men find to be a problem area where cellulite typically finds itself. So you focus on a good clean diet, strong workout, staying consistent. Walking, running doing a lot of cardiovascular workout as far as cardiovascular, you do it a minimum of four times a week, maybe five. Six times a week would be great, forty five to sixty minutes a day. But if you stick with a good workout plan, you stay consistent, clean the diet up a little bit and you get in plenty of cardiovascular exercise, you'll see those legs, legs and stomach and everything, everywhere else we have cellulite that finds a place to rest on us, you'll find that starts to go away so.That's how to get rid of cellulite by working out.
