"The question is asked, how do you determine bat size? Bat size is determined by two factors, the length of the bat in inches, and the weight of the bat in ounces. So if this bat is a 32/30, then that means, that it's 32 inches long, and 30 ounces in weight. So all bats are both measured in ounces, and in length. A minus 3 or a minus 11 bat would be the differential between the length of the bat, a 32, and the ounces, a 29, so that would be a minus 3 bat. And that's how you determine bat size."
