"Is your hair acting up and you are not sure what to do with it? You are getting frizzy or is it too limp? Well I might have something that can help you. My name is Sylvia Russell and this is how you choose a hair conditioner. Now all hair is not created equal when it comes to hair conditioners. Some people have fine hair, some people have thick and curly hair and some people have dry or oily hair. Each of these conditions need to be treated differently. Now take for instance I have here which is an intense moisturizing conditioner. It is an express conditioner meaning that you can leave it in for three to five minutes or less and rinse it out. This conditioner is suitable for all hair types but if you need a heavy conditioner you might want to go to a type of balsam, a type of heavy thick conditioner that can help moisturize your dry curly hair. There are many shampoos and conditioners out there but the conditioner that you choose will ultimately make or break your hair style. Conditioners tend to stick to the hair. They tend to weigh the hair down and if you are not sure about the conditioner that you choose you might want to check with your local professional. You don't want anything that is going to inhibit the style that you are trying to wear. Remember choosing a conditioner is vital. You don't want anything that is going to tear up your hair or give you an unwanted, untamed look. Remember choosing a conditioner can be as easy as one, two, three. Check with your local professional and ask yourself some simple questions and don't forget to read the label. They often tell you which conditioner suits what type of hair. My name is Sylvia Russell and this is how you can choose a conditioner for your hair."
