"Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm going to talk to you about how to wash hair. Today I'm basically going to talk to you about how to wash out a relaxer because there is a certain way to do it. There's a neutralizing shampoo that you have to use, and it's got a color indicator in it. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to shampoo out her relaxer, and what I'll show you is the color that it turns if there's still relaxer left in the hair. So, first I rinsed out the relaxer and now I'm going to emulsify the neutralizing shampoo in my hands, and work it through the hair. You always want to be gentle with your customer because their scalp is a little bit tender after this service. You want to make sure that you really work it all the way through and make sure to get all of that relaxer completely out. Now you always want to shampoo the relaxer a couple of times to make sure to really get that color out, I mean relaxer rather out. If there's any relaxer left, in this particular shampoo it'll show pink, and some of these suds, I don't know if you can see that, are still pink. So, you just want to keep shampooing until you get it all out. You just continue rinsing until you make sure you get all of that relaxer and the shampoo out, follow with a conditioner and styling product and then you're done. And, that's how to wash hair."
