"Hi, my name is James Flint and I'm going to show you how you can copy your iTunes music library onto a DVD. First thing you need to do is insert a blank DVD into your computer. Again this is only going to work on a computer that has a DVD burner built into it. It's an important step because it's a way to create an archive of your stuff. If anything ever happened to your computer you wouldn't want to risk losing all your digital files. So we're going to make a backup copy on a DVD, and that way we can store it in case of an emergency, we've got backups of all our music files. So I inserted the blank DVD and it's going to pop up on the screen here in just a second, as soon as the computer is done reading it. There it is, let's say okay, and iTunes stores all your music files in an iTunes music folder, so I'm going to go to that, it's here in my music folder, iTunes, iTunes music, and from here you'll see a list of all my artists that I have involved. So we're going to grab a few, we'll grab Beck and Blockhead, Boards of Canada, and all we're going to do is simply drag these files from my files panel here over to the blank DVD, and now we can double click on the DVD and look inside, and see it's got the three music folders we were looking for. So at this point it's ready to burn, you've got two options, you can click the burn symbol over here, or you can close this window and drag the blank DVD down to your dock and where you normally find the trash or eject on a Mac, you will now find this burn icon, so you let go, gives us a couple of options, it's fast speed, so we're just going to say burn, and now it's burning. This will take a couple of minutes, but when it's done we can check the DVD and see that our files were successfully copied onto the DVD. As soon as the disk is done burning, we'll have all of our files that we selected copied onto a DVD, that way we'll have a backup copy outside of the computer, and you now know how to copy music from your iTunes library onto a DVD."
