"Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm going to talk to you about how to crimp hair. Crimpers are actually a little hard to come by these days, it used to be that you could buy them in any store. Now, mainly what you get is a a flat iron and sometimes they've got an insert that you can actually place on the plate so that will create a crimping. But, what I like to use to crimp is really just more of a triple barrel waver, and all you need to do, so you use the same technique as you do with one of these, as you would with a regular crimper. You start at the top and you just move your way down the hair shaft heating the hair up, so it'll take the shape of the iron that you're using. You're always going to want to make sure that you use some sort of heat protectant on your hair, prior to using your heat product, or your heat tool, rather. So, you're just going to work your way across the head with your crimper or your triple barrel iron, which kind of give the same effect. And, you just work your way down the hair shaft. And, that's how you crimp hair."
