"Hi, I'm Kim with Simply Beautiful in Austin, Texas. A lot of woman have puffiness and dark circles around their eyes and find it very difficult to reduce them. It's not an easy problem to solve, but I'll tell you that it can be solved and there are products on the market that can help. Number one, though, a natural solution to that is just to drink a lot of water. That's going to flush the toxins out of your eyes. The tried and true method of the cucumbers on the eye, also a really good solution. I want you to always treat your eyes, the skin around your eyes, very, very gently. No pulling. So, the first thing we're going to do is just gently cleanse the eye with a really gentle eye makeup remover. Never use hot water on your skin, like so. Now I'm going to ask Nancy, we're going to put as little bit of a gel, this is a dark circle anti-puffiness gel, on her ring fingers. She's going to show you a technique of massaging that area to increase the circulation in the area. We're just going to put our fingers in the corner of our eyes and gently pressing and massaging the corners of our eyes will help to break up some of the dark circles, help add circulation to the eyes, to that area, and flushing away some of the toxins. Wonderful, Nancy. Also, we're going to get really good penetration of the product that we just put on. So, if you have a dark circles and puffiness product, put it on like that. Rub it, press it, rub it, press it, do it twice a day. This is Lancome High Resolution with Collaser 5X. It really helps with dark circles and puffiness. I also want to recommend to you, just take five minutes, ten minutes a day and use anything that's cool and moist. So, just lay down, relax, put a tea bag on your eye, close your eyes and think good thoughts. It's going to help reduce the coolness, it's going to help reduce the puffiness, and the caffeine in the tea bag is going to help increase the circulation. It'll go into the surface of the skin, open the pores up, and increase the circulation, thereby detoxing the skin and flushing those toxins away."
