"Coach Rudy here, I've won championships both as a coach and as a player and I want to talk to you about improving your ball handling skills five to seven minutes a day. One of the things I have seen be really really really effective both with me as a coach and a player is when I come out to practice a little bit early and I work on this on my days off. I go around the fringe of the court. I take the ball and I dribble it around the court with my right hand and I dribble it around the court with my left hand and I do that one time with each hand. Then I go around the court going between my legs, walking up and down the court between my legs. All the way around the court I do that one time. Then I go around the court with the spin move. I dribble and I spin, I dribble andI spin. I spin to the right, I spin to the left, I spin to the right, I spin to the left."
