"How you doing? I'm Simon Bingham from No Comply Skate Shop and I'm going to explain to you how to do a 360 Kick Flip. O.k., the first thing you're going to want to do is learn how to Ollie and do a Pop-Shove-It. Because without those skills you won't be able to pull off a 360 Flip. So once you have your Ollie and your Pop-Shove-It, and you know how to pop the board off the ground and get it into the air, and turn it in the air with your skill of doing a Pop-Shove-It. With a 360 Flip, you're going to put your toe on the corner of the tail, and this is going to enable you to push the board around 360. Now with your front foot, at the same time, that's going to be doing the Kick Flip for you. So as you pop the ground you kick your back foot, your toe that's on the edge of this board, you kick it up behind you to cause the board to do a 360, and then your front foot is going to kick out straight, you know, at the same time causing the board to flip and you to do the 360 Flip, and then you land it and bend your knees and ride away."
