"How you doing there? I'm Simon Bingham from No Comply Skate Shop and I'm going to tell you how to do a pop-shove-it. What you're going to want to do is get you Ollie's down good. And then approach the pop-shove-it same as you're going to do your Ollie except with a pop-shove-it as you get into mid Ollie you're actually going to take the weight off of your front foot of the board and put all; use all of your back foot on this and pull the board kind of with the toe part of your foot in the air, and cause the board to shove it around. That's why it's called a pop-shove-it. And as the board comes around, you catch the board with your front foot. And you're going to want to kind of throw the board ahead of you. You always want your skateboard to stay ahead of you so that when you land your body comes right down on top of it. Because if your body goes ahead of the board then you won't land right on top of it when you land."
