"How you doing there? This is Simon Bingham and we're chilling at No Comply Skate Shop. And I'm going to tell you about the skateboard parts. This is called a skateboard deck. These are skateboard wheels. And these are skateboard trucks. So let me tell you to how to, how they all go together here. The wheels, we use bearings to put in these to put them on the trucks. Then if we have a wheel above a 55 millimeter then we'll want riser pads. Now the riser pads go underneath the truck to raise it up a little bit so that the wheel sits a little bit higher above the deck so that you don't get wheel bite. Then these are the nuts that hold the trucks onto the deck. As you see here we have some purple colored ones. You can get different choices at your shop. And then you can also get different colored bolts for you axle nuts on the truck. And then sometimes we blow out these bushings here. They get worn out from turning so much. And then you ask the skate shop owner for some bushings. And that takes care of the skateboard parts."
