"Have you been working out and just simply not getting the results you want? Are you not getting that long lean body that you're looking for? Hi my name is Jani Roberts, and I'm a certified personal trainer and also a graduate of the American Academy of Nutrition. Today I'd like to share some tips for with you about how you can get that long lean body through your work-out. First of all, stretching. Stretching is key. Just grab a mat, go to the floor, and work in all the basic stretches that you can think of. You want to stretch the legs out long and lean. You want to get through the upper body. Make sure you work through the whole torso. Sometimes we tend to just stretch out our legs. We really need to include the upper body in that. Also you can incorporate some Pilates, maybe some basic roll-ups. That's a great strengthening as well as leaning way to get that body to respond. In addition cardio. To me the best way to lean out is to run. The more you run it works all parts of the body. Swimming, it's great. But you really want to lean out all over, you want to do something that is a total body work-out. That's going to get you that long and lean body. I'm Jani Roberts. Thanks for joining."
