"Have you ever wondered how to lose weight fast and effectively? Hi I'm Jani Roberts and I'm a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and also a graduate of the American Academy of Nutrition. Now if you are checking this out I'm going to assume that you have already made the commitment because you wan to do it fast but effectively, you're smart, you want to do it safe and you want to keep it off. So again I am going to assume that you want to move forward quickly. Let's jump on this and get it done. First of all you have already made the biggest step that you can. You have committed and this is the biggest part. So you know you are going to exercise, not an option. Besides you are going to feel 100 times better, you are going to sleep better and everybody around you is going to like you better so it is all good so exercise is three to five times a week. Don't panic. Find something you like. Don't do something you hate. If you hate the stair master, don't join the gym and do the stair master because after a week you'll be done. You won't want to follow this through and I want you to be successful so find something you like, find something you like or whatever. You can hook up with a body. Second is going to be food. These go hand in hand and you have got to work with them together. You are going to eat five to six small meals a day and you are going to make sure they are balanced so you want to make sure you hit all the food groups. Now good fat versus bad fat. This is really important because most of us have no problem getting the bad fat in but getting the good fat is a little bit trickier. So where does that come from? It comes from nuts, it comes from seeds, you can eat nut butters and not just peanut butter, peanuts are actually a legume. They're not actually a nut. So you can have soy nut butter, you can have almond butter, cashew butter. There are lots of great choices. You need small amounts but good fats. Then you are going to look for good protein sources. You want some of them to come from animals and some of them to come from vegetable like soy. Remember animal products don't have any fiber. Fiber is key to weight loss. It will expediate your weight loss big time. Animal proteins do have fiber. So it is a good choice to always do a little bit of both, plant and animal. And then of course your carbs. Make the good choices. Don't eat out of boxes and bags. Cook your carbs, good whole grains. It takes a little bit more time but you want to do it fast and effectively, losing weight this I promise you will work. Thanks for joining. I'm Jani Roberts."
